Coaching responses, worksheet answers, reflections, uploaded files, messages, testimonials, survey responses, and assessment inputs.

Participation in our services does not grant ownership rights in Company intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, teach, repurpose, commercialize, scrape, upload, or use Company materials to train AI systems or develop competing products, services, programs, or frameworks.

For Flash of Fortitude™ events where minors may be present, the event host is responsible for obtaining any required parent or guardian permissions.

Coaching & Group Confidentiality

We respect the personal nature of coaching and development work. We do not publicly disclose identifiable coaching responses, reflections, or personal stories without permission. For group programs, participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others. The Company cannot control or guarantee the conduct of other participants.

Recordings

If coaching sessions, workshops, or trainings are recorded, notice will be provided. Recordings may be used for participant access, internal training, quality improvement, or program delivery unless otherwise stated.

IP & AI Restrictions

The Power Pivot Experience™ materials are proprietary to The Fortitude Factory LLC. You may not copy, teach, distribute, commercialize, upload into AI tools, use for AI training, or convert program content into derivative frameworks, products, or services without written permission.

Addendum B: Flash of Fortitude™

This addendum applies to clients, hosts, guests, and participants who engage with Flash of Fortitude™ photo booth, media, event, and guest experience services.

Information We May Collect

We may collect:

  • Photos and videos

  • Event images

  • Guest names, phone numbers, or emails when submitted

  • Image delivery data

  • Event interaction data

  • Gallery or link access information

Image & Likeness Notice

By participating in a Flash of Fortitude™ event experience or using the photo booth, guests acknowledge that their image, likeness, appearance, and participation may be captured. Event hosts are responsible for notifying guests that photography, video, or image capture may occur and for securing any required venue, participant, parent, or guardian permissions.

Image Delivery

Images may be delivered by email, SMS, digital gallery, QR code, or event link. Delivery may depend on device compatibility, carrier service, internet access, and third-party platforms.

Marketing & Promotional Use

Photos or videos may be used for portfolio, advertising, website, social media, or promotional purposes only as permitted by the applicable client agreement, release, opt-out election, or event terms. Clients may request usage restrictions in writing before the event.

Storage & Deletion

Images may be stored temporarily or archived for operational, delivery, portfolio, legal, or business purposes. The Company does not guarantee long-term image storage unless expressly agreed in writing.

Guest Data

Guest contact information collected for image delivery will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.

15. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our websites, services, programs, or communications after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
